PREREQUISITE: Complete Module 1
The objective of Module 2 is to introduce leaders to the PRISM Influence Coaching Model. We will go in depth to explore the importance of the first step in the model: Diagnosis. Participants will be able to more clearly identify coaching opportunities with their direct reports and begin to prioritize development opportunities for each. Participants are also introduced to powerful Indirect and Direct behavioral coaching techniques, offering many approaches that can be used to meet the needs of the leader and their direct report to improve skill and performance. A coaching development tool is introduced to make the process simple and easy to implement.
