The objective of Module 1 is to help leaders understand the importance of Mindset. After completing the module, participants will appreciate the role and scope of Influence in leadership. We will explore the importance of leadership and coaching models, provide an overview of Influence Coaching and Leadership, and explore how it is similar and different to other approaches. Key concepts regarding the science and components of Influence, learning, and MKSEC- The Influence Trust Formula are introduced and discussed. Participants will have a greatly expanded understanding of how to assess the strengths and development needs of their direct reports.
