Module 1 focuses on the importance of Mindset in leadership. We provide an overview of Influence Coaching and Leadership and discuss key concepts regarding the science and components of Influence. Participants are introduced to a powerful approach to assess the strengths and development needs of their direct reports.

PREREQUISITE: Complete Module 1 Module 2 introduces leaders to the PRISM Influence Coaching Model and goes in depth to explore the importance of the first step: Diagnosis. Participants will be able to more clearly identify coaching opportunities, prioritize development, and powerful Indirect and Direct behavioral coaching techniques to improve skill and performance.

PREREQUISITE: Complete Modules 1 and 2 Module 3 teaches leaders how to coach to improve employee mindset related issues- perhaps the most challenging and important area for a leader to understand. Understanding and utilizing the approach in this module provides participants with powerful leadership skills that can greatly improve the performance of their team.

We discuss key leadership Influence skills that will help your discussions of a shared plan become a living document that drives actionable behavior with improved outcome over time.
