Welcome and Overview

Congratulations and welcome to the PRISM Influential Account Director Course!

To engage in the course successfully, there are a series of videos, e-book (electronic book) modules, and application assignments to complete. We suggest that before you begin, use a dedicated notebook or journal to collect your thoughts and ideas on the key learning and Influence topics discussed throughout the course. As you watch, listen, read, and write about your experiences, think about:

·       The Influence knowledge and skills that you already have and do well, so that you become more aware and utilize these more often

·       The Influence knowledge and skills that you did not have and/or do not utilize, so that you can further expand your Influence knowledge and skill

Videos are provided as described in the course outline to enhance learning.

E Book Learning Modules:

The core learning content resembles the look and feel of reading a real book. Use the arrows at the left and right of each e-book within the reading window to turn to new pages of content. On most computers you can also easily zoom, search, or look at the booklet layout by page.

The module content cannot be printed or forwarded, but on many computers, you have the option to add your own notes on any page of the e-book. These notes are stored on the memory of your specific computer, so if you continue using the same device each time you access the learning, you will see the notes you captured from previous sessions. You can easily download your notes for each e-book using the DOWNLOAD function located below the e-book within the reading window.

Application Exercises:

The application exercises are similar in design to the learning e-books. Use the arrows at the left and right of the e-book within the reading window to turn to new pages of content.

Unlike the e-book modules, all application exercises can be printed using the PRINT icon located immediately underneath the e-book within the reading window. This allows you to write your actions and plans on a printed version of the application exercise document. Like the e-book module, on many computers you can add electronic notes for each application exercise question and download/print your notes when finished.
