He said to her “Imagine if we put a nice new floor in the kitchen…how great it would look.” That statement, “Imagine if…” is what changed her thinking. We deal with customers all the time where all we need to do is get past their initial perception and get them to think “Imagine if…” (e.g. an Influence question).
